Missus Beastly - Live Bremen 1974 (Garden of Delights cd 122)

Il cd non riesce a ripetere i fasti delle prime realizzazioni poiché il krautrock espresso nelle tre tracce del platter risultano prive di un groove apprezzabile con le chitarre che risultano troppo confusionarie ed approssimative, perfino in un contesto free-jazz-kraut. Da notare, invece, l'ultima traccia nella quale la chitarra dona al pezzo un sound molto più omogeneo e concreto, riportando alla mente alcuni passaggi stilistici di Ollie Halsall dei grandi Patto.

Non malissimo il giudizio finale, ma neanche un disco imprescindibile.

German band rightly credited as a representative of the Canterbury scene of the Progressive 70's. After a good start with the eponimus from 1969 and the second (also eponimus 1974)
calling for an exit to a live concert dates for the 1974 Garden of Delights.

The CD is not able to repeat the glories of the first achievements because the krautrock expressed with these three tracks of the CD are devoid of an appreciable groove with guitars that are too confusing and rough even in a free-jazz-kraut. Note, however, the last track where the guitar gives the piece a sound much more coherent and concrete bringing to mind some passages of Ollie Halsall style of the great Patto.

Not terrible, the Judgement, but not one essential disc.
